Barack Obama signs US Health Care Reform Bill and begins promoting it

After signing the Health Care Reform Bill, USA President Barack Obama is now working his way to sell it to everyone and promotes it but inspite of Obama's approval, the US Congress returns to debate and to polish the Health Care Reform to make it more stright and loop hole free. The Congress is debating right now and rushing to revised and update the bill befor the spring break in congress.
